Punxsutawney Man Jailed for Threats

PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney man is behind bars after allegedly going to a home and threatening to sexually abuse a minor and kill a man.

On November 11th police responded to a Greenwood Avenue address for reports of a man threatening the occupants.

Once on scene police learned that 25 year-old Brandon Pearce was allegedly on the victim’s porch threatening to kill them and rape the 16 year-old girl who lived there.

Pearce was sent to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces terroristic threats, trespass, and simple assault charges.
