CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man will spend up to one year in jail after pleading guilty to hitting his ex-girlfriend with his car.
According to court documents on August 17th 2025 19 year-old Joshua Lewis hit the woman with his car during an incident at the Lower Witmer Park, causing bodily harm.
Now after pleading guilty to misdemeanor terroristic threats, accident involving injury, and recklessly endangering another person. Lewis was sentenced to spend between 90 days and one year in jail followed by two years of concurrent probation.
