JEFFERSON COUNTY – A Jefferson County Jail inmate who walked off from a work release program last week was caught in Alleghany County.
On Wednesday afternoon state police located 58 year-old John Moon at his girlfriend’s White Oak home in Alleghany County.
Last Friday, Moon allegedly walked off the job site of his work release program in DuBois.
He has now been charged with felony escape.
