FOX TOWNSHIP – A Kersey man is behind bars after allegedly strangling a woman during an argument.
On November 2nd police responded to a Main Street address in Fox Township for reports of a domestic dispute.
Once on scene police learned that 33 year old Brian Ginther had allegedly became angry with the victim where he then grabbed her by the throat and began to choke her. The victim said she was able to get away from Ginther where he then allegedly broke a picture frame and hit her with it.
Ginther fled before police arrived. He was then taken to the Elk County Jail where he faces felony strangulation and assault charges.
