CLEARFIELD COUNTY – A fund to address blight could be coming soon to Clearfield County.
If enacted this fund would use monies gathered from tax sale and foreclosures fees to address blight in smaller communities.
This decision, spearheaded by the Clearfield County Commissioners, would be voted on October 15th
