Pittsburgh Pirates:
The Pittsburgh Pirates shut out the Los Angeles Dodgers, 3-0, last night at PNC Park.
Tonight’s Bucs-Dodgers pregame show will begin at 6:15 on Connect FM. The first pitch of the third and final game of the series is scheduled for 6:40.
Altoona Curve:
The Pirates’ Double-A affiliate Altoona Curve slipped past Richmond, 8-7, Wednesday night at PNG Field. It was Altoona’s fifth straight win, and the Curve have claimed eight wins in their last 10 games. Tonight, the Curve take on the Flying Squirrels in game three of the series – the final regular season home series for Altoona. This evening’s first pitch is scheduled for 6pm.
