BROOKVILLE – A Binghamton New York man is behind bars after allegedly traveling to Brookville to meet who he thought was a 15 year-old girl for sex.
According to police, 42 year-old Alan Cebula was in contact with the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15 year-old girl. Police say Cebula allegedly knew the decoy was a minor and still sent sexual messages, including nude photos.
On August first, he allegedly made plans to meet the teen in Brookville. When Cebula arrived, he was met by police and sent to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces sexual assault, indecent assault and other sex charges.
