DuBois Senior League All Star Baseball:

The DuBois Senior League All Stars lost their first game at the World Series in South Carolina on Saturday. DuBois came up short to Illinois, representatives of the U.S. Central Region, by a 9-0 mark. DuBois is representing the Eastern United States in the Senior League World Series in Easley, South Carolina. This afternoon at 4, DuBois will take to the field in the lower bracket, and will face South Carolina District 1. Tune in for the live call of the DuBois Seniors at the World Series on Connect FM. Today’s game time is 4pm.

Pittsburgh Pirates:

The Pittsburgh Pirates grabbed a series win over Arizona, claiming a 6-0 win on Sunday to close out the weekend series.

The Bucs have won five of their last six games as they head West. Pittsburgh begins a three game series in San Francisco tonight. The first pitch is scheduled for 9:45. Tune in for Pirates-Giants pregame show at 9:20 this evening on Connect FM.

Altoona Curve:

The Pittsburgh Pirates’ Double-A affiliate Altoona Curve knocked off Chesapeake, 6-1, on Sunday. The Curve split the six-game home series with the Baysox. After an off day today, Altoona heads to Maine to face Portland’s Sea Dogs for six games. Tuesday’s first pitch is scheduled for 6pm.

Pittsburgh Steelers:

Training Camp 2025 continues this week for the Pittsburgh Steelers in Latrobe at St. Vincent College. The team returns to on-the-field public practices on Tuesday, and players will have the pads on for the first time.
