CLEARFIELD – An Arkansas man is behind bars after police discovered he was allegedly driving a vehicle reported stolen from Missouri.
On Tuesday, officers noticed a vehicle driven by 39 year-old Joe Davis that was reported stolen from Missouri. Officers stopped the vehicle on Nichols Street in Clearfield and confirmed the report.
He was then transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
