CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is going to spend up to one year in jail after pleading guilty to sexual assault.
We previously reported that 18 year-old Corbin Derbque was accused of sexually assaulting a 17 year-old female.
Now, he has pleaded guilty in court and must serve between six months to a year in the Clearfield County Jail and four years of probation.
