CLEARFIELD – An 18 year-old Clearfield man is behind bars after allegedly sexually assaulting a 17 year-old in Clearfield Monday Afternoon.
Officers with the Clearfield Regional Police Department received a report of an alleged sexual assault at a Clearfield Residence.
After investigating, police learned that 18 year-old Corbin Derbeque allegedly had non-consensual sexual intercourse with the female victim.
Derbeque is now in the Clearfield County Jail facing multiple charges including sexual assault and corruption of a minor.
