DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing charges after allegedly writing a check that wasn’t in his name.
According to Sandy Township Police on December 14th, 32 year-old Joseph Pratt had gone into the Ashley Furniture stare to pay for a couch and loveseat.
Workers reported to police that Pratt had written a personal check that was not in his name.
Now, Pratt is facing forgery charges.
