Inmate Accused of Spitting on Corrections Officer

JEFFERSON COUNTY – An Inmate at the Jefferson County Jail is facing even more charges after allegedly spitting on officers and flooding his cell.

According to court documents, 21 year-old David Larson III, who was incarcerated for felony forgery charges, had allegedly flooded his cell on February 24th. 

After being transported to a holding bench, he allegedly then spat on officers while making verbal threats. 

He is now facing felony charges including aggravated harassment and disorderly conduct.
