CLEARFIELD – An attempted warrant arrest in Clearfield lead to a car chase over the weekend.
On Sunday March 2nd, police noticed a silver 2012 Ford driven by 38 year-old James Wise, who was wanted by State Police for absconding his parole.
When police attempted to initiate a traffic stop he allegedly fled, driving through multiple roads before ultimately crashing into a wooded area in the Lawrence Township Recreation Park.
He was then taken into custody and transported to a state correctional facility.
