DuBois Christian 63, Huntingdon Christian 61 – Both Isaac Smith and JT Hughes netted 15 points for the Eagles
Punxsutawney 64, Homer Center 48 – Evan Presloid was the top scorer for the Chucks with 18 points
Clearfield 62, Bellefonte 56 – Braison Patrick scored 28 points to lead the Bison

Williamsport 65, DuBois 46 – Claire Kennis contributed 19 points to the Lady Beavers’ effort

Clearfield 61, Curwensville 14 – Mia Helsel had a 22-point night for Clearfield while Sonny Diehl added 21 points
St. Marys 38, Elk County Catholic 19

DuBois High School Rifle Team:
In their final match of the season, the DuBois High School rifle team outscored DuBois Central Catholic Thursday by a score of 1371-1294. Brady Kiskaddon had the top score for DuBois, a 287 which was also a personal best. Hunter Jeffers turned in a personal best, 274, for the second-highest score. Third on the list was Emily McClelland with a 273, and that was her personal best score of the season.
Penn State DuBois Basketball:
Both Penn State DuBois basketball teams are scheduled to host Penn State Shenango tomorrow. The women’s team tip off at 1, and the Penn State men have a 3pm tip off scheduled on Saturday.
Pittsburgh Pirates:
Thursday was another Spring Training workout day for Pittsburgh Pirates pitchers and catchers in Bradenton, Florida. The full team begins workouts on Monday as the Bucs prepare for their first spring training game against Baltimore on Saturday, February 22nd.
Pittsburgh Penguins:
The Pittsburgh Penguins and the rest of the NHL are in the midst of a long break as the “4 Nations Face-Off Tournament” continues for the next week. The Pens are scheduled to return to action on Saturday, February 22nd.
