College Football:

For the eighth time in their history. the Penn State Nittany Lions were winners at the Fiesta Bowl. The sixth-seeded Nittany Lions knocked off third-seeded Boise State on New Year’s Eve, 31-14. Penn State, now 13-and-2, advances into the college football playoffs’ semifinal round in the Orange Bowl next Thursday. Either Notre Dame or Georgia will be Penn State’s next foe.

 

Pittsburgh Steelers:

The Pittsburgh Steelers are 10-and-6 as they head into their final regular season game on Saturday. Pittsburgh is hosting Cincinnati. The Steelers-Bengals game kickoff time is set for 8pm.
