Clearfield, Elk County PennDOT Maintenance Projects Resume

CLEARFIELD – For the rest of this week, PennDOT crews will return to a regular schedule of road maintenance work in both Clearfield and Elk Counties.

Projects in Clearfield County include drainage pipe replacement and cleaning along Route 255 in Sandy Township, and Salem Road in Brady Township; and pavement repairs on Routes 53 and 2037 in Cooper Township. There will also be shoulder work along various roads in Pike and Lawrence Townships in Clearfield County.

In Elk County, bridge cleaning and maintenance, and oil and chip treatment will continue on various roads in the St. Marys area.

PennDOT officials say flaggers will be directing traffic through the work zones where necessary.
