CLEARFIELD COUNTY – The deadline for the 2026 primary election is right around the corner, and officials are reminding you of a few key dates you’ll want to keep on your radar.
Dave Glass with the Clearfield County Elections Office says mail-in ballots have been processed, and if you’ve got one, you should send it back as soon as you can. The last day to request your ballot is May 12th.
All completed mail-in ballots need to be back in the elections office by 8pm on Election Day.
While no delays are expected, officials are still urging you to get your ballot in the mail early, just in case of any postal slowdowns.
And if you still need to register to vote, you’ve got until May 4th to get that done.
