Clearfield County man sentenced on drug charges

CLEARFIELD – Following his guilty plea to felony drug charges, a Clearfield County man was sentenced to serve up to two years behind bars.

Police accused 33-year old Gino Moore of Clearfield of being involved in the buying and selling of oxycodone pills in April 2022. Moore allegedly bought the drugs for 36-year-old Thomas Norris, also of Clearfield, and he delivered them to Norris’s house.

In addition to Moore’s prison sentence of six months to two years, he also received three years of probation, and order to undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and he must complete 100 hours of community service.

Two months ago, Norris pleaded guilty to drug-related charges. His sentence included six months to one year in the county jail, and four years of probation.
