CLOVER TWP. – A Brookville woman suffered serious injuries Saturday as the result of a side-by-side ATV accident.
State Police say 35-year-old Caitlin Miller had to be rushed to Penn Highlands DuBois for medical attention.
Miller was reportedly one of four passengers in the side-by-side which was driven by 47-year-old Joel Fawcett of Brookville.
The police report says another passenger caused Fawcett to turn the wheel sharply, crashing the ATV into a large stick along Jefferson Cemetery Road in Clover Township.
A traffic violation was filed against Fawcett following the crash.
