UNDATED – Gas prices in Pennsylvania are now $1.20 higher than a year ago and more than $2 higher than in 2020, but they continue a steady weekly decline.
The GasBuddy survey this week shows average gasoline prices in the Commonwealth have fallen 9.2 cents per gallon in the last week, and now average $4.45 per gallon. GasBuddy surveys more than 5,200 stations in Pennsylvania.
Patrick De Haan, the head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy says “The outlook is for a continued drop in most areas, however, some supply tightness in areas of the Northeastern U.S. could push prices up slightly until inventories rise, or imports do.
