Ohio man dies from injuries in Clarion County I-80 crash

Monroe Township, PA – An Ohio man died as the result of his injuries after a crash in Clarion County.

56-year-old Thomas Brewer from Louisville, OH, had been driving his International Harvester tractor-trailer westbound on Interstate 80 in Monroe Township on Monday around 7:45 p.m.

State Police say he was going too fast while negotiating a curve in the highway.

The tractor-trailer overturned onto its driver’s side, slid into a PennDOT sign, and finally into a concrete barrier.

Brewer was taken to Clarion Hospital but passed away from his injuries.
