UNDATED – Fall is in full swing with local leaf colors in decline.
According to the official Pennsylvania Fall Foliage Report, only the south-eastern portion of the state is in peak leaf color with most areas in heavy decline.
Experts say that the constant cold nights with warm days led to a “colorful mosaic” of fall colors this year.
