TREASURE LAKE – A donation drive for Hurricane Helene victims wraps up this Sunday.
Organized by local, Katlyn Johnson, who has lost some family members from the devastating weather conditions. She urges you to bring non-perishable items to a trailer at the Treasure Lake one stop convenience store.
She says that items most needed include winter gear as temperatures are beginning to drop.
If you would like to help the donation drive, you can bring your items to the ruck until Sunday from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. Monetary donations will also be accepted by the Treasure Lake POA Office.
All donations will be taken directly to impacted victims.
