UNDATED – Pennsylvania State Police will be ramping up seat belt enforcement across the region next month as a part of their “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
Troopers will have a zero tolerance approach to seat belt and child passenger safety violations, giving you multiple citations if violated.
With that, troopers will be hosting multiple free child car seat inspections locally. In Jefferson County, inspections are scheduled November 10th at the Central Fire Department inside the Borough Building from 2pm to 7 pm.
In Clearfield County, inspections will be held November 16th at the Sandy Hose Company in DuBois, and November 23rd at Lawrence Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 in Clearfield, both are from 2pm to 7 pm.
In Elk County, inspections will take place November 24th from 3 to 8 p.m. at the PennDOT District Two Office in Ridgway.
