UNDATED – PennDOT is inviting high school students across the state to participate in their annual Paint the Plow program.

Students will paint original murals on snowplow blades around this year’s safety theme “Snow Means Slow”. PennDOT officials say this theme will remind drivers to stay at least six car lengths behind snowplows, avoid blind spots, and never pass between plows.
