MORRISDALE – A Morrisdale man has been found guilty of the murder of his girlfriend’s husband.
49 year-old Bryan Michaelis and 38 year-old Danielle Parks were accused of conspiring to murder Park’s husband in February 2024 during a child custody exchange.
Michaelis was found guilty of first degree murder, conspiracy to commit a criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with evidence.
Back in early March, Parks was found guilty of first degree murder, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, tampering with evidence, and recklessly endangering another person.
Michaelis will be sentenced within 60 days.
