UNDATED – Pennsylvania fire companies could soon have some fundraising options under a new piece of legislation.
Senate Bill 398 would, if approved, allow fire companies to conduct two online raffles in 2027. This would allow tickets to be purchased with debit or credit cards only.
The bill is now headed to Governor Josh Shapiro for approval.
