CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is facing over 5,000 charges after being accused of raping a teenage girl for several years.
According to police, a teenage girl accused 37 year-old Nicholas Spencer of sending her sexual messages since she was 12. The victim also claimed that Spencer had raped her on a regular basis for several years.
Police say the allegations were corroborated by another juvenile.
When questioned, Spencer denied sending any messages to the victim.
He is now at the Clearfield County Jail where he faces 5,538 sexual assault charges.
