LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – If you’re traveling on Route 879 in Lawrence Township, you’ll want to plan ahead for some traffic changes this week.

PennDOT officials say the turning lane onto the Cleafield-Philipsburg off-ramp will close either Wednesday or Thursday, the ramp itself will remain accessible.

During construction crews will make repairs to the bridge over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. Work is expected to be completed before Halloween.
