BROCKPORT – A Brockport man is facing several charges after allegedly stealing a side-by-side in Penfield and crashing it while under the influence.
On August 28th State Police responded to Hickory Road in Huston Township for a reported UTV crash.
Police discovered the driver, 38 year-old Jared Steiner allegedly stole the vehicle before crashing it.
He was transported to Penn Highlands DuBois where he consented to a blood draw.
Steiner has now been charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and DUI.
