CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man will spend up to five years in state prison after pleading guilty to multiple crimes including the assault of a child.
According to court documents 44 year-old Christopher Clark pled guilty to assault and endangering the welfare of a child, after he struck a child during a September 2024 incident.
Police say afterwards Clark attempted to contact a witness to not testify against him.
Clark also pleaded guilty to vandalism and retail theft charges in February.
Clark was sentenced to spend between 36 months and five years in State Prison.
