BIG RUN – A DuBois woman is facing several charges after allegedly driving while under the influence.
On June 5th, State Police pulled over a red SUV traveling north on Route 119 for a faulty brake light. Police also noted the driver, 36 year-old Amanda Duttry, was swerving and driving erratically.
Police also noted that Duttry’s license was suspended for DUI.
During the traffic stop, police noted several signs of impairment and performed a field sobriety test that Duttry allegedly failed. When questioned if there were drugs in the vehicle she allegedly admitted there may be an old pipe in the vehicle.
During a search police allegedly discovered multiple drugs, including Buprenorphine pills, glass pipes, suspected drug residue, and clear plastic bags with suspected drugs inside.
She is now facing DUI, reckless endangerment, and other drug charges.
