DUBOIS – The City of DuBois has responded after former City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio pleaded guilty to embezzlement charges Thursday.
In a statement, City Manager Joe Fleming said that while it would be inappropriate to comment on an active legal case, the city recognizes the seriousness of the situation and acknowledged the community’s concerns.
He went on to say that his “focus remains on serving our residents, maintaining stable operations, and moving the community forward.”
