UNDATED – A Change of plea hearing has been scheduled for former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio.
According to court documents, on Thursday July 23rd at 10am a change of plea hearing will be held for Suplizio by Judge Stephanie Haines in Johnstown.
Suplizio is accused of allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars in city funds between 2008 and 2022.
In late May, Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer, who was facing the same charges, changed her plea to guilty.
