UNDATED – With recent heat waves putting added strain on the power grid, Pennsylvania lawmakers are now pushing a package of bills that could help make your electricity reliable and lower energy costs.
The proposal includes eliminating the state’s Gross Receipts Tax on electric services. This would speed up environmental permitting for energy projects and promote more reliable power generation.
