IRVONA – An Irvona man has been sentenced in connection to a fatal ATV crash in December.
According to court documents, 23 year-old Chester Miller and the victim were traveling to get a tool on an ATV when Miller lost control leading to the fatal crash.
Now, Miller has taken a plea of involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to two years of probation for the accident.
This charge would normally lead to some incarceration, however, due to the victim’s families wishes and the nature of the accident a lighter sentence was given.
