DUBOIS – After five years of homemade pastries and packed mornings, Queen of Tarts is entering a new chapter in DuBois.
Owner Lauren Johnson is stepping away as Groundhog Grindz takes over the bakery, keeping the same recipes and longtime staff so your favorite treats stay the same.
“I’m mostly just really happy that somebody is going to continue it, because I just love this space and everything,” explained Johnson.
More drink options may also be added down the road as the new owners settle in.
