CLEARFIELD – One woman has been jailed after allegedly fighting officers while on drugs.
According to police, on April 12th, they were dispatched to a Front Street address after receiving a call that a woman had locked herself in the bathroom for multiple hours.
Once on scene, officers believed she was under the influence of drugs. When attempting to get the unnamed female out of the bathroom to be checked by EMS, she allegedly became combative, throwing feces at one officer and fighting others.
She was then taken into custody and transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield for evaluation. She was then taken to the Clearfield County Jail for the alleged assault.
One officer suffered minor injuries.
