RIDGWAY – Three Elk County women are facing multiple charges after an investigation allegedly revealed a drug supplying operation.
In August of 2025, police launched an investigation into 51 year-old Rachel Miller of Ridgway for supplying methamphetamines.
A search of her resilience allegedly revealed multiple drugs, packaging supplies, and scales. When questioned, Miller stated she was a middle man for 30 year-old Rachel Anderson of McKees Rocks, allegedly dealing in methamphetamines and fentanyl.
Another woman, 28 year-old Hailey Shrefler of St Marys, allegedly told police that she rented vehicles for Anderson to use, with no knowledge that they were used for drugs.
Now, Miller and Anderson have been taken to the Elk County Jail where they face several felony drug charges., Shrefler is also facing drug charges.
