BIG RUN – A Big Run woman is facing animal neglect charges after a dog was left outside in the cold.
According to police on December 15th they responded to a West Main Street residence for reports of animal neglect.
Once on scene police learned that 56 year-old Roberta McElheny allegedly left a dog outside in frigid cold temperatures. She is now facing animal neglect charges.
