BROOKVILLE – A Brookville woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving while under the influence of drugs with a child in the car.
According to police, on October 4th 38 year-old Cari Baird went to the Punxsutawney State Police barracks to make a report. Officers noted that Baird seemed to be acting strangely.
After conducting a field sobriety test, police discovered she was under the effects of methamphetamines. She allegedly admitted to using the drug and having some on her person.
She is now facing child endangerment, DUI, and reckless endangerment charges.
