DUBOIS – The motion for a Bill of Particulars from the defense team for former City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been denied.
This ruling follows a September 11th preliminary hearing where the defense team argued for a detailed list of every alleged illegal transaction. Prosecutors countered by stating they only needed to prove so much was taken without authorization.
While court documents did not specify next steps, Judge Stephanie Haines indicated during the September hearing that a trial date was the next course of action.
