CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man is behind bars after allegedly testing positive for drugs during a court hearing.
42 year-old Dustin Quigley was at Plea and Sentencing court when the judge required a drug test. After initially refusing, Quigley gave a sample that allegedly showed positive results of illegal drugs.
At this time, Quigley’s bail was revoked and plea deal rejected, he is now incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail.
