BROOKVILLE – A Bath NY man is behind bars after allegedly traveling to Brookville to meet who he thought was a teenage girl for sex.
According to police 45 year-old Mike Ellis was allegedly in contact with the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15 year-old girl.
Messages turned over to police allegedly show Ellis sending sexual messages to the known minor. He then made plans to meet the decoy and another girl for sex in Brookville Tuesday. He allegedly planned on purposely impregnating one and taking them back to New York State to have the child.
When he arrived in Brookville, he was met by police and taken to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces sexual assault charges.
