DUBOIS – A new program starting at Penn Highlands DuBois aims to help new parents give a restful and safe sleep to newborns.
The Safe Sleep Begins at Birth program will provide families with a complimentary swaddle and the knowledge on how to use it.
Health experts claim that by using a swaddle, newborns will gain a more restful and safe sleep, drastically reducing the chance of death in infants.
This program is funded through a grant from BHE GT&S.
