DUBOIS – A new restaurant in DuBois is taking you on a delicious trip back to the 80s.
Epic Pizza, located at 5370 Shaffer Road next to the movie theater, blends flavor with retro vibes.
Owner Wendy Horchen tells us that since opening their doors a few months ago, the restaurant has been all about good times and great food made with a cherished friend’s recipe.
“I’ve always loved the 80s. That was my childhood, and some of the best memories I’ve had are from the 80s. I’ve just always loved the music, the movies, just everything about it.”
You can join the fun this Saturday for a day packed with classic 80s tunes, exciting festivities, inflatables for the kids, and of course, plenty of pizza.
Looking ahead, Horchen would like to see Epic Pizza become a welcoming hangout for the entire community.
