
FALLS CREEK – One man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into a home last week.
According to State Police, on June 30th troopers responded to a Taylor Avenue address in Falls Creek after receiving reports of a break in.
Once on scene, police learned that 20 year-old James Hutchins allegedly went into the home thinking it was unoccupied to explore. Once the owner returned to do work on the property, Hutchins allegedly jumped out of a second floor window.
He was then taken to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces felony criminal trespassing.
