CLEARFIELD – A Brookville man accused of robbing a DuBois home has been sentenced to prison after accepting a plea agreement.
On March 14th police responded to a Carson Avenue residence for reports of a break-in. After investigation, police discovered through a neighbor’s security camera that 25 year-old Cheyton Styslinger was seen in the area.
After being arrested by police, he admitted to breaking into the home because the victim’s son owed him $600 dollars.
Now he will spend up to two years in jail after pleading guilty to Felony burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
