DUBOIS – A DuBois man is going to spend at least a month behind bars for stealing from a nonprofit.

All of this stems from a December 2nd call to police from House to Home for a reported theft. After investigation police learned that 46 year-old Roy Hester had taken a dropbox from the wall used for deposits.

Now he has been sentenced to spend at least 30 days behind bars and pay $1,497.80 dollars in restitution.
